Southwest Preparatory PE

Students, listed below are the instructions for the activity log.

  1. Please put your name and class i.e. (8A) on the top right corner.
  2. You will need to complete 3/30 minute sessions a week.
  3. Be sure to fill the days you work out with the activity you did, number of minutes you performed the activity and list the fitness component that you met.
  4. Please know that the form asks for a 45 minute workout but because of your other school work I am only requiring a 30 minute session.
  5. Once you have completed the form for each week please take a picture of the completed form on your phone (Yes, I will allow phones in this class) and email it to me.  My email is  [email protected]
